LEVEL 5 ARBORICULTURE – WHY QUALIFICATIONS MATTER
Stuart is an experienced arborist with Level 5 qualifications in Arboriculture, backed by decades of practical industry experience.
Level 5 provides advanced arboricultural knowledge beyond trade-level tree work and is particularly important for tree assessment, tree management, risk assessment, development impacts and professional arboricultural reporting.
We don’t simply look at a tree and decide how to cut it.
We consider its species, health, structure, defects, surrounding environment, targets, root system and long-term management before recommending the appropriate course of action.
For our customers, that means advice based on qualification, experience and what is actually best for the tree and the property.
OUR POLICY
• To offer advice and assistance to our customers to help them decide the range of work to be carried out
• To work in a safe and efficient manner with minimal disruption to our customers, neighbours and general public
• To liaise with our customers to guarantee work satisfaction so our customers are eager to use our services again
• To leave all sites safe, clean and tidy
• We know that often you are required to get more than one quote. We aim to be competitive but may not always be able to beat another company’s price.
This can be for a number of reasons-
• Quality of the job, professional advise, immediate assistance, production time, equipment fees, number of crew and different conditions for the job.
• We ask that if you have a cheaper quote to contact us and allow us to see the competitors quote. Where possible we won’t only match the written quoted price we will BEAT IT. Everyone likes a saving…… conditions apply. The other quoted price must be registered with ASIC, have Public Liability Insurance, Work Cover and a qualified Arborist.
